System Hardening

Once a technical (security scan, penetration test, application security audit, ethical hacking) or organizational (IT threat & risk analysis) audit has been successfully completed, a catalogue of measures for increasing security has been defined. Configuration changes or the installation of security updates are often recommended as immediate measures. The implementation of these measures is referred to as system hardening.


Description
