Philosophy
Our corporate philosophy is based on three principles:
1. Independence and neutrality
Our services are geared solely to the needs of our clients and
are totally independent of third-party interests. OneConsult GmbH
does not sell either hardware or software, nor does it hold shares
in manufacturers or other providers. With the exception of a very
small stake held by one of the founding members, the company is
owned exclusively by its employees - a fact that is clearly documented
in the Commercial Register. In other words, OneConsult has no commercial
links or obligations to manufacturers or other providers.
2. Benefit optimization and know-how transfer
We foster coaching and teamwork to ensure that the benefits to
our clients are consistently and comprehensively optimized. We place
great emphasis on knowledge transfer to our clients - because this
is the only way to ensure that those clients have the know-how to
implement similar projects themselves in future.
3. Specialist knowledge and experience
Our people have many years of experience in carrying out projects
both within Switzerland and abroad. Staff members publish regularly
in the specialist media and speak at respected IT risk management
and IT security events. Our people receive systematic on-the-job
training to ensure that quality standards can be consistently maintained.
Thanks to this philosophy, we have an unbroken track record of
successful client projects in Switzerland
and elsewhere.
